Refund Policy

Because OriginRound operates as a technology infrastructure provider rather than a traditional marketplace or Merchant of Record, our refund policies differ depending on your account type. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


01. For Buyers (Purchasing Digital Assets & Deals)

OriginRound is strictly a software infrastructure provider. We are not the Merchant of Record for your digital asset purchases. Your purchase contract, legal rights, and any dispute or refund requests are exclusively between you and the verified Partner (who acts as the sole Merchant of Record).

OriginRound operates on a "zero-touch" financial model. We do not route, split, hold, or manage funds for deal purchases. When you buy a digital asset or software license on the platform, 100% of your payment goes directly to the Partner's own Stripe account. Because we never capture or hold your funds, OriginRound cannot issue refunds to Buyers.

How to Request a Refund

  1. All refund requests, chargebacks, and financial disputes must be directed to the Partner from whom you purchased the deal.
  2. Refunds are strictly subject to the individual Partner's own refund terms and conditions, which you should review prior to purchase.
  3. Because the Partner is the Merchant of Record, OriginRound cannot and does not mediate disputes between Buyers and Partners regarding product quality or refund eligibility.

Asset Revocation upon Refund

OriginRound's systems act as an automation bridge listening to Stripe webhooks. If a Partner grants your refund request, or if you successfully initiate a chargeback through your financial institution, our platform will immediately and automatically revoke your access to the associated digital asset, license, or redemption code. Once access is revoked due to a refund or dispute, the asset cannot be recovered.

Expired Assets

OriginRound does not enforce arbitrary expirations. Access codes and digital assets must be redeemed according to the specific timeframe outlined by the Partner in the deal description. OriginRound and our Partners will not issue refunds or replacements for codes that have expired based on the Partner's stated terms.


02. For Partners (Purchasing Infrastructure Quotas)

To utilise OriginRound's infrastructure for hosting, securing, and automating the delivery of digital assets, Partners purchase Infrastructure Quotas (IQ). Because this is a platform-level fee, these transactions are processed via Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for OriginRound.

Non-Refundable Usage

Infrastructure Quotas are strictly non-refundable once they have been consumed. A credit is considered consumed the moment an associated listing is made active on the platform, as the infrastructure capacity has already been provisioned.

Unused Quotas

Refunds for entirely unused, unassigned Infrastructure Quotas may be considered at our sole discretion, provided the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase. Please contact support to initiate this request.

Chargeback Abuse

If a Partner initiates an unwarranted chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim for Infrastructure Quotas that have already been consumed, OriginRound reserves the right to immediately suspend the Partner's account. This will result in the removal of all active listings and the revocation of all unredeemed assets associated with those listings.


03. Account Deletions & Bans

Voluntary Deletion

If you choose to permanently delete your account via the settings panel, you will instantly and permanently lose access to all purchased digital assets (Buyers) and active listings (Partners). No refunds will be issued for assets lost due to voluntary account deletion.

Terms of Service Violations

If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Acceptable Use policies - such as fraud, harassment, or distributing unauthorized assets - you will lose access to the platform. No refunds will be provided for any assets, deals, or Infrastructure Quotas lost as a result of an account ban.
